Dear Church family,
In a meeting with the deacons, here is the protocol we decided would be wise as we reconvene:
1. We understand that every person has their own unique needs and assessments, both health wise and just in general.
2. We know that there are those who wish to remain at home and who need to be more cautious about gathering initially.
3. We also know that in the very process of gathering together, some will desire to exercise more caution than others, but we want to make everyone feel as safe and comfortable as possible.
4. Our building has been THOROUGHLY cleaned and sanitized and is as ready as humanly possible for us to safely assemble! Thank you Danny and Sherry!
5. We will have Prayer Meeting at 6:30 as usual, and we will meet only at 11:00 a.m. for a 1 hour service.
6. During all services we will take the following precautions:
8. There will be no official nursery, children's church, meals or afternoon activities as of yet
Hopefully we will be able to return to a completely normal schedule soon!

5. We will have Prayer Meeting at 6:30 as usual, and we will meet only at 11:00 a.m. for a 1 hour service.
6. During all services we will take the following precautions:
- Masks are welcome as each member desires but are not required
- We will practice "social distancing" during each service...alternate rows of seats will be roped off
- Except for families we are also encouraging leaving extra space between each other in rows of chairs
- There will be no bulletins, nor handling of song books
- We will not pass the offering plates, they will be at the back of the auditorium
- Songs will be on the screen only
- Weather permitting, outside doors will be propped open at the beginning and end of services
- We are encouraging (weather permitting) our fellowshipping time to move outdoors in the parking lot
- Restrooms will be open with sanitizing materials available
- Sanitizing products will be available throughout the facility
- Areas that are already sanitized and not required to be used will be roped off to preserve them for fully reopening
- We are requesting no handshakes or hugs, etc.
8. There will be no official nursery, children's church, meals or afternoon activities as of yet
Hopefully we will be able to return to a completely normal schedule soon!
